What we need The Associate Implementation Project Manager supports the delivery of large-scale automation systems at customer sites by helping coordinate cross-functional teams and execution activities. This role works closely with experienced Project Managers and functional leads across engineering, supply chain, installation, commissioning, finance, and operations to keep projects aligned and moving forward. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role designed for early-career professionals who are excited to work at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer delivery. You will gain exposure to complex, real-world automation projects while developing strong project execution and stakeholder management skills. Remote, travel-based position 75%. The individual in this role will be expected to travel to and work on-site at the project they are managing. Candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure effective collaboration with on-site and cross-functional teams. What we do The Project Execution team plays a critical role in bringing Symbotic’s automation solutions to life. We oversee projects from planning to system acceptance, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the central connection point between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, we create clarity, drive accountability, and ensure each project delivers measurable value to our clients and to the business.
