As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven leadership ability with a talent for building and motivating teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to stay organized, focused, and effective under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope
  • Track milestones, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive accountability and performance
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and continuous improvements
  • Help build and refine project management best practices and tools
