Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of project management experience, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and change management
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Proven leadership ability with a talent for building and motivating teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to stay organized, focused, and effective under pressure and tight deadlines
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope
Track milestones, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive accountability and performance
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and continuous improvements
Help build and refine project management best practices and tools
