Take the first step! Apply now! Key responsibilities: Ensure the successful execution of sales orders using project management skills in a capital equipment industry. Maintaining customer relationships, communication, and satisfaction are key aspects of this role in addition to negotiating conflicts with the customer during project execution. Responsible for issuing change orders, both internal and customer driven, to maintain clarity of customer requirements, scope of work, and schedule milestones. Assess risks and project finances throughout the execution of a project within a stage gate structure.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering capital equipment in a manufacturing environment with integrated mechanical & electrical controls systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related technology.
  • 3+ years’ experience in project management in manufactured equipment or capital equipment.
  • 3+ years' experience in engineering & manufacturing environments managing multiple projects.
  • 3+ years' experience as liaison with customers and managing expectations to a contract.

Nice To Haves

  • The ideal experience would be with horizontal form, fill and seal (HFFS) automated packaging equipment and processes and/or Engineer-to-Order capital equipment.
  • Proficiency with project management practices using the stage gate approach and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams composed of shared resources.
