The project manager will manage every aspect of custom architectural projects, from concept through installation, with a high level of proficiency, including: risk, schedules, budgets, cost forecasting, client team, procurement, vendors, manufacturing, quality, installation, logistics, site coordination communicate and set expectations with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders understand and manage architectural principles and engineering requirements determine resource requirements (including materials and/or services) based on project specifications research and analyze project elements, source materials, parts, equipment, and services review, generate, and negotiate contracts assess and manage risk, including material lead times and supply chain, in-house design and fabrication timelines, quality control, site requirements and limitations, logistics, and resource requirements prioritize work based on strategic importance, tasks outstanding, barriers, budgets, resources, and deadlines
