About The Position

RSI Security is seeking a Project Manager with a background in cybersecurity and risk management to lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of cybersecurity projects. The Project Manager will ensure that RSI’s projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with security regulations and client needs. You will collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, compliance experts, and external clients to deliver tailored security solutions.

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in project management
Cybersecurity or Information Security experience strongly preferred
Proficient in project management platforms such as Asana, Mavenlink, Monday, or equivalent tools.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant project management experience in technical or cybersecurity domains may substitute for formal education.
PMP, CISM, CISSP, or similar project management and security certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of cybersecurity and risk management projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budgets.
Work with internal teams and external clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and security requirements.
Manage project schedules, resources, and tasks using project management methodologies, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of cybersecurity services.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and the advisory and consulting team to execute projects aligned with security best practices.
Ensure projects comply with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, such as PCI, SOC 2, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITRUST, and ISO 27001.
Identify potential security risks and collaborate with technical teams to develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project status updates and risk assessments to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Act as the main point of contact for client engagements, addressing their cybersecurity needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
