About The Position

Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs, engaging with business units to gather requirements, and ensuring successful delivery in a dynamic environment. This role requires flexibility to occasionally work early hours to accommodate European meetings while collaborating primarily with engineers on Eastern Standard Time.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Flexibility to work occasional early hours for European meetings.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Engage with business units to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure alignment and progress.
Balance and prioritize multiple programs in a rapidly changing environment.
Participate in early morning meetings (4 AM-6 AM EST) as needed to support European stakeholders; schedule will be consistent and communicated in advance.
