About The Position

You'll lead the charge - driving timelines, budgets, and quality while serving as the go-to contact for internal team members, clients, architects, and contractors. Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex projects.
• Clear, confident communication skills—including the ability to lead tough conversations and negotiate win-win outcomes.
• Proven ability to solve problems and deliver results.

Nice To Haves

• Fenestration industry experience is a plus.
• PMP certification and PM tool expertise (MS Project, Monday, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Own the Projects: Manage every phase - contract to delivery.
• Keep them Moving: Build and maintain detailed timelines that hit deadlines.
• Protect the Budgets: Control costs and maintain profitability.
• Ensure Accuracy: Review drawings, specs, and plans for compliance and precision.
