The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing SEPTA’s Right-of-Entry (ROE) and Third-Party Coordination program, ensuring all external entities performing work on or near SEPTA property do so safely, efficiently, and in compliance with agency standards. This position serves as the central point of contact between SEPTA and external organizations—including PennDOT, the City of Philadelphia, utilities, developers, and contractors—to coordinate construction and maintenance activities that interface with SEPTA infrastructure. The Project Manager ensures that all right-of-entry requests are reviewed, approved, and monitored to protect SEPTA assets, maintain operational safety, and minimize service disruptions.
