This role ensures projects are well-defined, properly prioritized, resourced, delivered on time, and aligned with business goals and system best practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating technical and operational workstreams. While this role does not require hands-on system configuration, it does require strong fluency in Salesforce, integrations, and RevOps processes to effectively partner with technical resources, analysts, and business stakeholders. This individual will play a central role in helping the team load balance, increase predictability, and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting technical, business systems, or RevOps teams.
  • Strong fluency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or integration environments; able to understand system implications even if not hands-on building.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break complex business problems into structured, actionable components.
  • Experience delivering projects involving cross-functional GTM and post-sales teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product).
  • Comfort coordinating work across developers, admins, analysts, and integration specialists.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.).
  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • To be eligible for employment, you must reside in the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY.

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification
  • Workato Automation Pro or similar integration coursework
  • Experience managing Salesforce, HubSpot, or Workato implementation projects.
  • A background in RevOps, Business Systems, SaaS operations, or GTM process design.
  • Familiarity with data quality, data governance, and system architecture concepts.
  • Experience working in private-equity-owned or fast-scaling SaaS environments.
  • Exposure to intake frameworks, MoSCoW prioritization, and value/effort scoring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Business Systems, Integrations, Automation, and RevOps initiatives.
  • Own project timelines, task assignments, risk management, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Run project standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and milestone checkpoints.
  • Ensure requirements are translated into actionable development plans for Salesforce Admins, Developers, Analysts, and Integration Specialists.
  • Track dependencies across teams and platforms.
  • Facilitate structured intake using the team’s project playbook, helping stakeholders define scope, value, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support the Director of Business Operations in capacity planning and value-driven prioritization (MoSCoW, ROI, effort vs. impact).
  • Ensure projects align with strategic goals, including scalability, data quality, integration health, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to ensure alignment throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between technical implementers and business users.

  • Report project progress, blockers, and resource needs to the Director of Business Operations.
