About The Position

HyerTek is hiring a Project Manager to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives for our U.S. Department of Defense customers. This role may support multiple concurrent projects delivering enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a dynamic role that blends project leadership, business analysis, and client engagement. You will work closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and functional leaders to translate mission and business needs into clear requirements and executable delivery plans. You are comfortable managing complexity, driving outcomes, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time and aligned to federal and DoD standards. You are proactive, highly organized, and confident, working directly with customers. You bring a delivery mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in secure, regulated environments. You will serve as a key point of coordination across projects, providing structure, clarity, and momentum while supporting the delivery of modern Microsoft-based enterprise solutions. This role requires the ability to be on-site at HyerTek headquarters or a client site up to two (2) days per week in the Washington, DC metro area. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to attain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance are required.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in project management and business analysis
  • Experience supporting federal government projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD clearance

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple DoD-focused projects
  • Manage Dynamics 365 implementations across areas, including Finance, Customer Service, and SCM
  • Support delivery of Power Platform solutions aligned to mission and business needs
  • Partner with government stakeholders to understand business processes, objectives, and constraints
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and solution specifications
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and RAID logs
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation strategies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and internal delivery teams
  • Produce clear, concise status reports for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across functional, technical, and vendor workstreams
  • Ensure project documentation, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met
  • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
