About The Position

We are representing a National Industrial Development and Construction Powerhouse currently executing a massive expansion into the Data Center sector. With a national portfolio exceeding 90 million sq. ft., our client is acting as the General Contractor on a premier Hyperscale campus in Windsor, CO. We are seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead the execution of a 127MW Phase 1 build, with a projected 90MW Phase 2 expansion (18 -month duration) already in the pipeline. This is a "career -first" environment where the goal is to over -staff current projects to build a leadership team for their 30+ upcoming sites across the U.S.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in Data Center or High -Density Industrial construction.
  • The "Hungry" Factor: We are looking for "tech -native" professionals who thrive in fast -paced environments. You should be someone who embraces weekly technological shifts and uses software to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Modern Toolset: High proficiency in Procore and comfort with 3D modeling is essential.
  • Commitment: Seeking individuals focused on long -term career trajectory and embedding within a business rather than short -term project -hopping.
  • Presence: Ability to be on -site 5 days a week in the Windsor, CO area.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Manage the daily operations of a 125MW+ hyperscale project, ensuring all milestones are met for the August 2026 Phase 1 completion.
  • GC Leadership: Oversee trade partners and subcontractors on -site, ensuring strict adherence to mission -critical specifications, safety, and quality standards.
  • Tech -Forward Management: Utilize Procore and 3D Rendering/BIM as your primary tools for real -time sequencing, RFI workflows, and submittal management.
  • Schedule & Budget Control: Track project health, perform forecasting, and identify potential risks to the critical path before they impact delivery.
  • Leadership Development: Work within an intentionally over -staffed team designed for high -level mentorship and rapid internal promotion as the division expands nationally.
