About The Position

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Project Manager for an exciting job in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities: Lead meter-to-cash integration projects, connecting metering infrastructure with billing and revenue systems to ensure accurate, timely billing. Ensure compliance with municipal policies, financial controls, and regulatory standards for all billing solutions. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience through automation, self-service platforms, and customer notifications. Manage multiple stakeholders, facilitate gap analyses, map business processes and workflows, and produce high-quality documentation. Independently plan, communicate, and coordinate with internal and external teams while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing large, complex projects, including task scheduling, resource management, budgeting, meeting facilitation, and document management.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise utility billing system implementations.
  • Strong expertise in integrating metering data with billing and financial systems.
  • Knowledge of municipal regulatory compliance standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing, training, and creation of business deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Project/Planner, and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management or process improvement certifications such as PMP, Lean, Kaizen, Scrum/Agile, or ITIL v3 Foundation.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate, synthesize, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
