About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Finishing team. This role is unique, combining various trades such as plaster, tile, sandblasting, and plumbing within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and seeing a project through from inception to completion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction, pool renovation, or similar work.
  • Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple moving pieces.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of pool construction/renovation methods, materials, and equipment is a plus.
  • Buildertrend experience is a bonus.
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own project margin; validate scope, budget, and contracts; track costs and manage change orders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate project closeout and invoicing.
  • Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
  • Identify risks, take corrective actions, and maintain daily progress logs.
  • Enforce quality standards and complete milestone inspections.
  • Manage approvals, minimize rework, and reduce warranty issues.
  • Maintain accurate project data, documentation, permits, and reports.
  • Follow and improve standardized project management processes.
  • Serve as primary client contact and communicate proactively with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Lead crews safely and professionally, enforcing standards and accountability.
