About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support complex direct service programs through project-level coordination and execution. Under the direction of initiative leads, the Project Manager will provide hands-on support across key workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communications to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, transparency, and accountability
  • Flexible, organized, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple external contractors and vendors strongly preferred
  • Experience working with educational programs or social service environments, including: Educational institutions or agencies Case management staff Community-based organizations or non-profits Parents, children, or family-focused programs
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish , is a plus
  • NYC-area residency preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end project support across assigned workstreams, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate project metrics, updates, and status reports to stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and deliverables; proactively identify and escalate risks and issues
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal departments, external agencies, and contracted vendors
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting trainings, including development of training materials
  • Provide on-site implementation support and oversight as needed
  • Offer policy and operational guidance and support strategies to improve service delivery
  • Assist with invoice review and approvals and provide input on budget planning
