About The Position

Are you ready to lead projects that shape the future of digital services? We’re looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager to drive small to medium-sized digital and technology initiatives within our forward-thinking credit union. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, define project objectives, track progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with impact. You’ll provide updates to senior leadership and help translate business needs into measurable results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required.
3 years minimum experience managing projects required, preferably in a banking, financial services, or a service-based industry preferred.
Proven track record of planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects, such as with Operational Groups (Lending and Deposit), IT, Branch Network, Member Experience, etc. a plus.
Strong ability to use data to solve problems and adapt tactics to fit an ever-changing business landscape in a timely manner.
Effective at managing groups of cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
Self-motivated with effective communication and collaborative skills, both written and verbal.
Strong skills with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Effective time management skills.
Ability to work well with both internal resources as well as third-party vendors.

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional certification or an aspiration to pursue is desired.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Smart Sheet project management application a plus.
Bonus skills: Experience with SharePoint sites and Power Automate.
