About The Position
As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with Task Order leadership to manage, coordinate, and oversee cross Agile Release Train and Cross Functional Product Team efforts. You’ll support projects, contract proposals, and modifications, ensuring technical scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met. This role involves planning and execution of engineering changes, ECPs, and other customer estimate requests, while providing leadership in resolving schedule and resource conflicts. Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
- Requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Experience with project planning, cost, schedule, and performance management
- Previous experience with development programs and deployment execution activities
- Knowledge of Planning, Scheduling, Project Management, and EVMS
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Deployment processes
- Experience developing and managing project teams and schedules
- Understanding of Development Lifecycle and spiral development processes
- Proven leadership abilities to manage and coordinate cross-functional efforts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to provide solutions to complex technical challenges with creativity and thoroughness
