In the Project Manager role, you will collaborate with both customers and internal business units to bring innovative solutions to our product lines. You will provide training and implementation direction for new and existing customers, while working closely with the team to identify and understand the business workflow and technical requirements. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all required implementation/migration activities are completed according to contractual and/or internal guidelines. Candidates must have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, while maintaining excellent customer service. The Implementation team currently manages implementations for a variety of different product lines within the organization. This is a hybrid role, typically requiring about 3 days per week in the Alpharetta office. This is a client facing role in Professional Services department. Up to 10% travel (mostly US).
