About The Position

The Disparities Research Unit at Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a clinical project manager for a research study focused on addressing health and healthcare inequities in socially vulnerable communities. The project manager should ideally have experience with primary care, research interventions, and project management. They will have an active role in coordinating logistics, scheduling, and communication between research and clinical teams related to the implementation of mental health, obesity and cancer screening interventions across clinics in Massachusetts. The incumbent will coordinate scheduling of training and coaching activities between multiple players across sites and serve as a liaison between research and clinical teams. They will support the set up and maintenance of folders for shared documentation and be available to support partners who are accessing and using these materials. They will maintain the overall list of activities and support staff and teams to fulfill deliverables and stay on track to achieve study milestones. They will work closely with intervention project managers to support day to day activities and troubleshooting, assist in development of CME applications, and support intervention updates for the IRB. They will visit participating clinical sites as needed to ensure availability of needed materials, arrange logistics, and support clinical team members in meeting project goals. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of attention to detail, be proactive, personable, and enthusiastic about the intersection of research and practice. Access to a car, or comfort with using a rental car for transport is important for this role.

Responsibilities
