Lucid Global works with global brand teams at big and mid-tier pharmaceuticals and biotech clients to deliver powerful medical communications solutions for assets across the lifecycle. US MedComms works with both US and Global brand teams to create powerful medical communications solutions for early lifecycle assets. Job Summary We're looking for a Project Manager with 4-5 years of creative agency experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner with various members from the internal team and serve as the day-to-day PM for projects across both digital and print. This role would help support clients in the consumer health space. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS NOT AN IT RELATED ROLE.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years minimum work experience across multiple mediums, including print, interactive, and video
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Word and Excel
  • Proficiency with project management tools and systems (e.g., Workamajig, MS Office, Smartsheet, or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Independently develops and manages SOWs, timelines, resource plans/allocations
  • Manages client invoicing and monthly rev calc process with the project management team
  • Prepares materials for client and med/legal review for assigned projects
  • Identifying risks and developing recommendations to mitigate with the project management team
  • Reviews and understands creative briefs, adhering to timelines and budgets
  • Trafficking work in a timely manner throughout the life cycle of a project
  • Continuously monitors project status and is in regular communication with team sharing status updates
  • Ongoing review of assigned project budgets
  • In partnership with creative and account leads, ensures quality of med/legal submissions and adherence to client process and requirements
  • Utilize agency project management systems and best-practice processes (e.g., Workamajig, Smartsheet, other workflow tools) to ensure operational consistency
