About The Position

Our client, a leader in the window and door replacement industry, is currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to take charge of residential window and door projects from initial order through to installation. This full-time, in-office role requires effective coordination between customers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure a smooth project lifecycle.

Requirements

Preferred experience in managing residential window and door projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency with scheduling tools and project tracking systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring order accuracy and completion.
Overseeing the scheduling of installations and coordinating with crews to assign appropriate teams to each job.
Tracking product deliveries, monitoring back orders, and ensuring the timely resolution of any delays or discrepancies.
Processing warranties and securing credits from manufacturers as necessary.
Communicating effectively with homeowners, installers, and suppliers to keep each project on schedule.
Supporting quality assurance processes while maintaining strong attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
