Requirements

4+ years managing projects in commercial construction - experience in drywall or related specialty trades strongly preferred.
A track record of leading crews with purpose - driving accountability, morale, and results through effective mentorship.
Hands-on experience with project management platforms, estimating tools, scheduling software, and project documentation.
You understand what clients need before they have to ask, and you consistently deliver value that builds long-term relationships.
You adapt quickly when project conditions shift and keep your team steady when things get complex.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of commercial drywall projects from preconstruction planning through final close-out.
Build and manage detailed project schedules, keeping crews aligned and milestones on track.
Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and subcontractors - delivering responsive, professional service at every touchpoint.
Anticipate potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies before issues escalate.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, support field teams, and maintain a cohesive, motivated crew.
Coach and develop project staff, modeling a high-performance, solution-focused culture.
Ensure thorough project documentation and full compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
