The Packout Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing all residential and commercial packout and contents restoration services from start to finish. This role is hands-on and labor-intensive, requiring active participation in packing, moving, lifting, loading, and unloading customer contents while leading packout operations in the field. In Raleigh, this role also carries a division-building focus. The Packout Project Manager will help launch and grow the Packout & Contents Restoration division from the ground up by developing referral relationships, generating new business, establishing workflows, and building scalable systems while maintaining high production and profitability standards. This is not a supervisory-only role. The Packout Project Manager is expected to work in the field daily while managing projects, documentation, and business development responsibilities.
