Holton-Arms School seeks a Project Manager to lead projects that directly support our strategic priorities, collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure our work reflects our values, our commitments, and the needs of our community. You will bring clarity to complex challenges, create structure where it is needed, and help teams move forward with purpose and confidence. The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission by guiding the initiatives that strengthen our community, improve our systems, and enhance the experience of those we serve. You balance rigor with empathy, and you thrive in environments where collaboration and mission alignment matter as much as deadlines and deliverables. As a Project Manager, your leadership will help translate organizational goals into meaningful action. Your work will ensure that our initiatives are not only completed successfully, but done in a way that honors our mission, strengthens our culture, and builds a more connected and resilient community.
