About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role oversees budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Nice To Haves

• Government project experience preferred
