About The Position

Join our Center of Excellence as a Service Contracts Project Manager, leading end-to-end projects—from new systems to process improvements—while ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Drive continuous improvement and shape the future of our operational excellence. Your role: Project Leadership: Manage the Service Department’s portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with business owners and partners to drive results. Planning and Coordination: Create detailed project plans with clear scope, objectives, timelines, and resources, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines met. Team and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and motivate teams while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders through regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones. Risk, Budget, and Change Management: Identify and mitigate risks, control costs, allocate resources efficiently, and implement change strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Performance and LEAN Initiatives: Track productivity savings against KPIs, promote internal awareness of benefits, and maintain LEAN tools such as value stream maps and problem-solving processes. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 0+ years of experience with a master’s degree or 2+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 6+ years of experience with no degree. Additionally, a project management professional or Philips’ internal certification in project management and the ability to demonstrate formal knowledge in managing complex projects is required. Your skills include the ability to lead diverse teams effectively, motivate members, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You must also be able to manage time, resources, and budgets efficiently while leveraging various tools (SAP, Service Max, Salesforce). You have a master’s degree (0+ years of experience required), bachelor’s degree (2+ years of experience required) or a high school diploma (6+ years of experience required). A project management certificate or completion of formal project management training is required. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. You’re an individual that enjoys analyzing issues, making critical decisions under pressure, and developing strategies to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
