Requirements

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Proficient in project scheduling and resource allocation techniques
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to read house plans and basic construction knowledge
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Two years’ prior experience in a similar role
Proven experience in project management, including project scheduling and implementation
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Leadership skills to lead and motivate project teams

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
Coordinate project activities and facilitate effective communication between team members
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to the sales team
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
Utilize project management tools
