Project Manager - New Build Commercial Construction
About The Position
Marseal Group is a commercial construction management firm specializing in private and public sector projects located in the North Texas/Southern Oklahoma market. Clients include churches and non-profits, development firms, and institutional agencies. Marseal Group is looking for a full-time Project Manager for new build commercial construction projects in and around the North Texas Area. Expected Attitude and Experience: Team player that looks out for the good of others and walks in integrity Self-controlled, kind, patient, and consistent Detail-oriented Willing to say "I don't know" Good listener and communicator Experience estimating commercial construction projects between $500k and $5m Experience coordinating all phases of commercial construction projects including site-visits, estimating, subcontractor negotiations, subcontractor management, RFI's, and other communication with subcontractors and owners Experience managing on-site superintendents Experience managing subcontractor and owner expectations Comfortable being in an office environment 70-90% of the time and on a project site 10-30% of the time Ability to use computers and technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred experience with ProCore and MS Project Professional or equivalent software to build Gantt Schedules Preferred OSHA 30 certification

Nice To Haves
- Preferred experience with ProCore and MS Project Professional or equivalent software to build Gantt Schedules
- Preferred OSHA 30 certification
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Account Manager to visit potential project sites
- Accurately estimate commercial construction projects using a combination of bid management techniques and takeoffs
- Build all schedules and budgets for each assigned project
- Write scopes of work and create bid packages for each assigned project
- Coordinate downstream with subs to sign subcontracts and purchase orders
- Lead pre-construction meetings, quality control initiatives, and the overall safety program for each project
- Be the go-to expert in commercial construction project management
- Manage 3-7 active constructions projects at a time utilizing on-site superintendents for quality control and daily log submission
- Communicate project progress through weekly reports
- Utilize MS Project and ProCore
