Requirements

Degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in advertising project management.
Experience managing various advertising campaigns (print, digital, social media, websites, etc.).
Familiarity with specific industries or clients, such as healthcare or telecommunications.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., WMJ).
Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and timeline tracking.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced advertising environment.
Readiness to adapt to changing circumstances, client needs, and industry trends.
A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project delivery.
Ability to maintain focus, motivation, and positivity in the face of tight deadlines and challenges.

Responsibilities

Bridge Teams with Excellence: Act as the go-to between our dynamic internal teams and account managers, building solid relationships and ensuring everyone stays connected and informed.
Strategize and Execute: Work hand-in-hand with various agency departments to craft and roll out comprehensive strategic plans, making sure projects, reports, and budgets are on point and on time.
Master the Details: From timelines to budgets and beyond, you'll have a firm grasp on all the moving parts that make our projects tick.
Lead with Clarity: Dive into project details, gathering requirements and delegating tasks to ensure everyone knows what to do, optimizing our collective workflow.
Guard Quality: Oversee every piece of the project puzzle, making sure it's polished and ready before it ever reaches our account managers or clients.
Communicate with Purpose: Keep all stakeholders in the loop by producing and sharing essential project documents like proposals, creative briefs, and status reports swiftly.
