About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support transition and integration initiatives. This role will also lead operational process documentation efforts to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+years of experience in project management, preferably in integration or operational process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of process documentation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of change management
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • ADKAR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage transition work streams, including onboarding, technology migration, and operational alignment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, IT) to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities and internal projects.
  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Power BI dashboards).
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders providing clarity on work completed, upcoming and any at risk items which require escalation.
  • Coordinate project debriefs with key stakeholders & leaders to ensure continuous process, communication and change management improvements.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and SMEs to identify, document, and validate core business processes.
  • Serve as the work stream lead  for the development of Operations processes within our internal Process Factory. Ensuring effective prioritization of needed and requested processes & timely completion of document creation.
  • Support the creation of training materials aligned with documented processes to support adoption and compliance working closely with team members in our training department.
  • Support the rollout of processes to include training delivery and change management efforts utilizing ADKAR principles.
