About The Position

Requirements

  • Relevant educational background, such as an engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Willingness to engage in project management training and safety education.
  • Basic understanding of occupational safety and first aid.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Professional demeanor with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Supportive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop a structured approach to tasks with a focus on quality.

  • Previous experience or interest in the crane business or project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing project workflows and checklists.
  • Help organize, plan, and oversee project activities under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal project meetings, supporting project requirements.
  • Learn about customer contracts and sales materials.
  • Assist in preparing and managing project budgets.
  • Support purchasing processes, invoicing, and expense registration.
  • Aid in procuring services, including cranes, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Help update and follow up on project budgets monthly.
  • Assist in compiling HSE documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Support pre-lift checklists and project-specific training for staff.
  • Help with equipment inspections and documentation.
  • Participate in HSE group formation and meetings for long-term projects.
  • Contribute to incident reporting and maintaining safety standards.
  • Assist in organizing site visits and preparing site-visit reports.
  • Help create drawings for crane positions and other equipment.
  • Support efforts to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Help identify opportunities for additional work and participate in customer meetings.
