PURPOSE: To manage regression testing, functionality, and content review for a major web and CRM upgrade. This is a temporary position, late January 2026-October 2026. Hours are flexible at 5-20 hours per week as needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Project Manager role will work with a core team that includes the Associate Director of Marketing, Associate Director of Patron Data, Web Development Manager and Web and E-Commerce Manager to ensure that the San Francisco Opera’s website CMS and CRM are upgraded to versions 12 and 16 (respectively), tested and deployed into production.
