Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Two experienced and highly motivated Level 4 Project Managers to lead and manage cross-functional integration efforts within Supplier Quality. One of the PM's will work closely with the 737 Program SQ Team onsite in Renton, WAAND the other will work closely with the SQ BFE/Receiving Inspection SQ Team in Renton and Everett , WA(split location). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and deep expertise in supplier quality processes to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement across our supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of project management experience for both small and large projects
  • 3+ years of experience with any of the following: Project/Program Management, Procurement, Supplier Program Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, and/or Supplier Quality
  • 3+ years of experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality processes
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc.
  • Experience with Agile or LEAN methodologies

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent certification
  • Experience working in aerospace or manufacturing industries
  • Familiarity with Boeing supplier quality requirements and systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successful project delivery

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex projects focused on integrating supplier quality processes, systems, and teams across multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet program objectives and milestones
  • Collaborate closely with Supplier Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive alignment and resolve integration challenges
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables
  • Track and report project status, metrics, and key performance indicators to senior leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality integration and overall supply chain performance
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members as needed
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
