Project Manager Strategy Services
About The Position
Responsible for investigating, researching, and providing guidance on human capital strategies to enhance cross-functional initiatives. This position leads process improvement and project management activities to ensure people-centered strategies align with current and future growth projections. Additionally, this role consistently communicates and reports project status to the leadership team with detailed and accurate information. In addition, this position identifies strategic issues, recommends organizational changes, and collaborates with other leaders to implement necessary changes. Serves as a liaison between executives and business partners, assisting in the ranking and escalation of critical needs and issues.
Requirements
- 3 project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
