Project Manager – Specifications

HFW CompaniesAtlanta, GA

About The Position

Join Macgregor Associates Architects (MAA) as a Project Manager – Specifications, where you will collaborate with Project Managers and Design Teams to develop and coordinate high-quality project specifications across multiple projects. Serving as a key technical resource, you will guide materials and product decisions, support quality control, and contribute throughout the project lifecycle-from design through construction administration. You will be an integral part of the design process. This is a highly collaborative role, not a standalone writing position, offering the opportunity to influence firmwide standards and support overall project success. Ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a technical, team-oriented environment. At Macgregor Associates Architects, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, paid holidays, bereavement leave, fully paid maternity leave, and a 401(k) pension plan. Our coverage includes medical, life, long-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Employees also have access to a cafeteria plan with pre-tax options for medical and dependent care expenses. In addition, MAA provides professional registration support, performance-based bonuses, and flexible work hours. Macgregor Associates Architects, an Invision Studio and proud member of the HFW Companies network of partner firms, is a leading architectural practice with a legacy of excellence dating back to 1987. We are recognized for our strategic planning, innovative design, and successful execution of diverse mission critical and light industrial projects including data centers, speculative warehouses, warehouse tenant improvements, distribution centers and fulfillment centers. The nature of these projects can be highly complex and fast paced. Our approach is rooted in creating buildings that are not only efficient and well-constructed, but also visually compelling and tailored to each client's goals. Projects led by MAA are consistently delivered with our proven processes and commitment to quality. At MAA, we prioritize collaboration and informed decision-making. Our team of skilled architects and interior designers leverage systems that include the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices to provide both creative solutions and personalized service.
