About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the Single-Use Technology Center of Excellence, which drives 4-6 network-level initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and timely delivery of complex technical programs within a dynamic global environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-site technical programs within biopharma or related manufacturing.
  • Strong strategic and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic network setting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Familiarity with single-use systems and related technologies in regulatory, development, or design expertise.
  • Ability to balance high-level coordination with hands-on execution.
  • Alignment with time zones: EST, Paris, Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Coordination.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure global excellence.
  • Manage risks and issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement Single-Use Technology (SUT) and understand lessons learned.
  • Coordinate multiple network-level projects focused on single-use technologies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across sites.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, manufacturing sites, and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, concise reporting to executive leadership and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
