About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support the Single-Use Technology Center of Excellence, which drives 4-6 network-level initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and timely delivery of complex technical programs within a dynamic global environment.

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex, multi-site technical programs within biopharma or related manufacturing.
Strong strategic and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic network setting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive-level reporting.
Familiarity with single-use systems and related technologies in regulatory, development, or design expertise.
Ability to balance high-level coordination with hands-on execution.
Alignment with time zones: EST, Paris, Singapore.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure global excellence.
Manage risks and issues effectively.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to implement Single-Use Technology (SUT) and understand lessons learned.
Coordinate multiple network-level projects focused on single-use technologies.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation across sites.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, manufacturing sites, and senior stakeholders.
Provide clear, concise reporting to executive leadership and ensure transparency on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Drive both strategic planning and hands-on execution to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
