About The Position

The Senior Project Manager leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios
of projects for business initiatives. This manager communicates status updates
and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders. They will manage projects
according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization. The
Project Manager owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to
project objectives and ensures that projects are delivered within committed
scope and budget. They work with business groups to build trust and credibility,
understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.

Requirements

• Requires bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification preferred.
• Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
