Come contribute to the growth and transformation of the #1 health system in Orange County, California! At Hoag, we combine clinical excellence with compassionate, personalized care—earning top rankings for quality, safety and outcomes. Patients choose Hoag because we deliver more than expertise. We offer access to advanced treatments, cutting-edge technology, and a robust portfolio of clinical trials, all within a system built around patients’ needs. From routine checkups to the most complex diagnoses, Hoag is committed to advancing care, improving lives, and being the health partner that our community trusts. To fulfill Orange County’s need for access to comprehensive, world-class care, Hoag continues to make significant investment in our facilities, clinical programs, and internal operations. We are expanding our current hospital campuses, building new ambulatory locations, launching new service lines, and continuously optimizing our technologies and processes. To support these transformational initiatives, we need experienced Sr. Project Managers that will be responsible for ensuring these efforts are delivered on-time and on-budget, while also ensuring that the business value from each project is fully realized. Each Sr. Project Manager is usually assigned one to two major projects to manage concurrently. These are typically complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar projects that require coordination across several departments and that require collaboration with senior- and executive-level leaders. This is a 100% remote position. However, due to the nature of the projects, the Sr. Project Manager will be required to live within a 60-mile radius of Orange County so that they can come on site as needed.
