What you will do: Maintain strong communication between Projects Team, Sales Team, and Management. Prepare submittals for customer and engineering review. Review submittal responses and adjust bill of material for order placement. Create purchase orders and communicate job release requirements to vendors. Track delivery dates, maintain shipment summary and coordinate timely delivery to job sites. Communicate this information regularly to customers. Maintain project BOM and manage customer invoicing in a timely manner. Quote change orders and project addition opportunities. Stay up to date on all freight claims & return material requests. Perform project close out financial review and address any open items. Utilization of internal programs such as Eclipse& Job Management and an ability to navigate vendor tools necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner. Maintain strong communication between the customer, vendors, account manager and project team members. Obtain support from Account Manager or team leader when necessary. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate. Manage day‐to‐day operational aspects of a project and scope. Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Understand pricing strategy and billing procedures. Proactively identify issues, work with team members to resolve issues in a timely fashion and escalate when appropriate. Maintain up to date financial records for all active projects. Monitor and facilitate all Pro Logistics Services activities related to projects under management. Perform any other duties assigned that contribute to customer service, OPCO profitability and company success. Practices good interpersonal relations, using tact, courtesy, a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers, pleasant telephone etiquette, and a general attitude as a representative of goodwill on behalf of the company at work or during company travel. Handles difficulties with customers and co-workers with diplomacy and seeks assistance when needed.

Requirements

  • Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
  • Associates Degree; or 5 - 7 years' of related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
