About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead one of ten sub-programs within a large-scale initiative focused on control management, RCSA, and issue management. This role requires strong executive presence, exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to drive timely decisions and recommendations. Unlike similar roles in financial crimes, this position does not involve financial crimes support.

Requirements

Strong experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in large, complex environments.
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Strong organizational and communication skills with executive presence.
Experience in governance, risk, and control frameworks (RCSA, issue management).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
Comfortable working in a people-process-heavy environment (not a heavy tech PM role).
Comfortable delivering on people, process, and technology change.

Nice To Haves

Experience in large financial institutions or regulated environments.
Familiarity with control management best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead one of the program pods, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
Facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders, driving consensus and timely execution of deliverables.
Collaborate across teams to gather recommendations, synthesize input, and present actionable plans.
Support control management activities, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and issue management.
Ensure compliance with governance standards without proposing solutions that conflict with established controls.
Track milestones and manage timelines for assigned sub-program.
Act as a liaison between leadership and working teams to maintain transparency and accountability.
