About The Position

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) development program. This role is part of Sevans program management team and serves as an extension of the client, overseeing general contractors, architects, and vendors across multiple restaurant projects. The Project Manager will manage multi-site restaurant rollout projects, including both ground-up construction and remodel programs, supporting regional or national development initiatives and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Location: Candidates must reside in Houston, TX or the surrounding area, and travel 50 - 75% to projects across the region. Remote based when not traveling.

Requirements

• 510 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing restaurant, retail, or multi-unit rollout construction programs
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of construction management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Buildertrend, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced rollout environment
• Ability to travel 4060% regionally

Nice To Haves

• QSR or commercial kitchen construction experience strongly preferrerd

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple QSR ground-up construction projects simultaneously across a regional territory
• Oversee preconstruction activities, including bidding, contractor coordination, permitting, and scheduling
• Act as the owners representative, coordinating between franchisees, general contractors, architects, and vendors
• Monitor project progress to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are achieved
• Review construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor proposals
• Manage change orders, budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Lead punch list completion and project closeout
• Provide regular project reporting and proactive risk management
