About The Position

RQ Construction is looking for skilled Construction Project Managers (PMs) to join our field operations team for projects located in Georgia and Florida on active military installations. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning and design through final delivery. This role ensures projects are executed in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget expectations. Local candidates are preferred; however, travel or relocation may be required, as this is a fully on-site position. Due to the nature of the work on a military base, U.S. citizenship is required for all employees. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required; equivalent combinations of education and hands-on experience may be considered
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction project management or similar role
At least 6 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, including roles such as Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required
CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training available if needed)
U.S. citizenship is required for all employees

Nice To Haves

Prior experience within the Design-Build environment is preferred
Familiarity with industry software such as Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, or Revit is preferred
STS certification is a plus
LEED Green Associate (GA) or Accredited Professional (AP/AP+) credentials preferred
