Requirements

  • Minimum of five years related work experience.
  • Three years of business transformation and or change management experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and standard processes.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently with minimal guidance while simultaneously covering multi-varied project responsibilities.

  • Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans for large departmental or multiyear initiatives and programs.
  • Contributes expertise and leads a business engagement plan, including ways of assessing readiness and feedback.
  • Secures senior management agreement across the department/division.
  • Provides insight into the standard methodologies and common obstacles based on prior organizational change experiences.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure business transformation and or change initiatives are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
  • Communicates business transformation and organizational change status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships.
  • Proactively fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
  • Proactively identifies, leads, and mitigates risks and any related issues.
  • Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and agreement as appropriate.
  • Develops measurement processes for organizational change success that help business partners do self-assessments based on communicated maturity models.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
