About The Position

Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting a Project Manager – Property Management to manage all contract resources and coordinate and direct the efforts of all contract functional areas. Primary duties will include (but not limited to) : Serving as the single technical point of contact to the government and the local Client. Providing overall supervision work-site by planning and managing the project professionally, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources, ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided, preventing inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of the labor hour services ordered, ensuring cost saving factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost. Staffing the task order to meet contractual requirements by conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Supervising subordinate staff and ensures compliance with all company policies and contract requirements. Leading and mentoring personnel assigned to program support functions. Providing programmatic support to clients, including administrative coordination and management of timelines. Interfacing with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution of overall activities in support and achievement of customer goals. Managing the workforce by addressing performance issues, coaching employees, and carrying out termination notices. Obtaining and maintaining any security clearances, status or licenses required by client to perform work. Training and evaluating employees’ proficiency of material handling equipment (MHE) operation.

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable and skilled in financial management processes and budgeting.
  • Skilled in writing and validating technical and financial reports, analyzing metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Good problem-solving skills and experience overseeing accomplishments of multiple tasks and projects at one time.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Expertise in the principles and practices of program management.
  • Expertise in leading and managing other employees.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor’s (or equivalent) with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 12-16 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Four (4) years’ Warehousing Management experience as well as six (6) years of distribution experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical for MHE operation.
  • Must have four (4) years experience operating MHE, up to 10K capacity.
