Position Summary: The Project Manager within the Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in driving the execution of product development initiatives. Reporting to the Director of PMO, this role ensures that cross-functional projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The Project Manager will work closely with product, technical, design, operations, and marketing teams to manage timelines, risks, and resources across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in product development environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional product development projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate collaboration across product, technical, design, supply chain, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business goals and product roadmaps.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to PMO Director and stakeholders.
  • Support governance processes including gate reviews and executive reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processes.
