The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that improve the quality, governance, and performance of product master data, offers, and end-to-end product lifecycle processes. This role partners closely with GTM E&O Portfolio leaders, Ops cross-functional process owners, Product Management owners, Technology, Data, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to drive complex programs that enable scalable product launches, accurate offers, operational efficiency, and lifecycle performance insights. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, deep experience with product-centric data and processes, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into well-executed initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience in product-driven, data-centric, or technology-enabled environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving product data, product lifecycle, or offer management.
  • Strong understanding of product master data concepts, lifecycle management, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Proven ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive-level presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP, CRM, pricing, catalog, or offer management platforms.
  • Background in SaaS, EdTech, eCommerce, or large-scale product organizations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery models.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

  • Support complex, cross-functional programs related to product master data, offer creation, and product lifecycle management from initiation through delivery.
  • Build project plans around defined project scope, objectives, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams, teams, and systems.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impacts; develop mitigation and escalation plans.
  • Provide standard communication to OpEx leadership and cross functional owners
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Technology teams to improve product master data quality, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support program support for initiatives related to data governance, data standards, ownership models, and lifecycle controls.
  • Support implementation or optimization of product master systems (e.g., PIM, ERP, CRM, catalog, pricing, offer tools).
  • Ensure data readiness for product launches, updates, migrations, and retirements.
  • Support projects that support the full product and offer lifecycle, including ideation, launch, updates, pricing changes, and end-of-life.
  • Coordinate readiness activities across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support.
  • Enable scalable offer structures, configurations, and processes to support growth and localization.
  • Drive alignment between product strategy, operational execution, and go-to-market needs.
  • Define and track KPIs related to product lifecycle performance, data quality, and delivery outcomes.
  • Coordinate build of new KPIs and Metrics as required with Data Governance leaders
  • Build executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and results.
  • Capture lessons learned and lead continuous improvement initiatives across product and data processes.
  • Support operational reviews, audits, and post-release retrospectives.
  • Facilitate decision-making forums, working sessions, and executive updates.
  • Support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working through strong change management practices.
  • Drive cross functional risk and issue mitigations
