About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hyper-Scale Project Manager, Prefabrication, Preassembly, Modularization & Fabrication (PPMOF) who will lead and manage large-scale and complex construction projects, and the end-to-end lifecycle of modular components—from Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) to final site integration. They are responsible for ensuring that offsite assemblies (MEP racks, skid-mounted equipment, or volumetric modules) are built to millimetric precision, transported safely, and installed with minimal "on-site" labor. The Project Manager is responsible for assembling project delivery teams with the requisite qualifications and experience and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiation, planning, construction, and closure of projects.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Project Management, Business Administration, or other technical discipline and approximately fifteen (15) + of related work experience
  • Proven track record in project management, particularly in the construction industry
  • Deep understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong history of leading, motivating and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement, standards, and regulations
  • Successful background maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality outcomes
  • Experience in developing and implementing project strategies, plans, schedules and budgets while working with project teams

Responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive construction plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Identify "stick-built" elements that can be converted into modular assemblies to improve safety and schedule
  • Lead 3D coordination meetings to ensure all prefab components have "clash-free" zones and standardized connection points. Develop a library of repeatable "skids" or "kits" to reduce engineering time on future projects
  • Manage the factory "takt time" to ensure a steady flow of finished goods that matches the site's consumption rate
  • Coordinate with specialized vendors for long-lead items (e.g., electrical switchgear, mechanical equipment) to ensure they arrive at the factory in time for assembly
  • Rigging & Transport: Develop detailed logistics plans, including permits for oversized loads and specialized crane picks
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and vendors, to ensure alignment and address any concerns
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking project progress through metrics and reporting, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements or challenges
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and compliance regulations
  • Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to optimize processes and improve project outcomes through innovative technologies or methodologies
  • Client Responsibility: The Project Manager will support client new work efforts, oversee hiring initiatives, ensure safety, budget, quality, schedule, and profitability performance. Overall, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive significant growth and innovation within the organization and serve our client’s needs
