About The Position

The PM will oversee the entire SOD (Service Order Desk) operation, be responsible for compliance with the contract’s terms and conditions, and for the conduct and performance of the Contractor’s employees, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• The PM shall possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in Business Management and demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of work experience, or no less than 10 years verifiable work experience in Facilities Maintenance, Public Works Operations and Maintenance, Work Classification, execution of a broad variety of customer concerns and problem resolution, and Installation Support contracts similar in scope and complexity of this Performance Work Statement.
• In addition, the PM shall have a working knowledge of the functionality of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (i.e. GFEBS) in the modules of Finance, Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, and Materials Management.
• The PM shall be available to government leadership 24/7 to include recognized Federal Holidays.
