We are looking to hire a Project Manager – Physical Security to join our team in Denver, CO. This position reports to the Senior Security Manager. The Project Manager manages and directs all operations and personnel management of security operation, including security services and response, scheduling, budget, training, contract compliance, and quality management.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and periodic random drug screening throughout the duration of employment.
Extensive experience in security, military, or law enforcement management with proven expertise in personnel management, budgeting, compliance, and shift operations.
Experience with hiring, screening, training, scheduling, reporting, and developing national, state, or federal-level policies and procedures.
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, operations management and implementing best practices.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience managing the physical and technical security aspects of large operations or facilities
Two years of experience managing employee development and training initiatives in a high-pressure/ high-visibility environment.
Significant experience diplomatically managing upward and downward within a defined chain of command with internal and external customers or stakeholders.
Two years of experience in national-level incident response protocols.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all scheduling, administration, reporting, incident response, training, human resources concerns for the assigned site on a 24/7/365 basis.
Serve as a direct PGI representative to the employee guard staff, customer executives and Head of Security.
Directly responsible for the site’s contract compliance with all elements of customer statements of work, service level agreements, and quality assurance.
Develop an efficient guard schedule and anticipate resource requirements to proactively initiate hiring activities.
Assist PGI corporate with timekeeping and invoicing support being a designated point of contact for onsite details.
Assist PGI leadership in providing strategic direction and direct guidance to operations and subordinates to manage activities and issue resolution, including physical security, safety, and business continuity events.
Contribute to the execution of screening, hiring, development activities, and retention of security personnel and supervisors.
Ensure 100% staffing coverage and responsibility alignment for the assigned site, team, and shift.
Assist PGI in creating or improving the operational systems, processes, and policies supporting the customer mission.
Assist PGI with uniform procurement tasks and enforcement of professional appearance standards onsite.
Oversee and direct crisis management functions at the assigned Site, including command and control of incident response post-orders, law enforcement and emergency services coordination, customer communication, after-action review, and debriefing.
Enforce PGI policies and standards of conduct.
Obtain or maintain a Denver Security Guard License
Must be available by phone or email after hours and on weekends.
Must be able to travel domestically to customer sites or PGI locations as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
