About The Position

Cybersecurity Program Manager leads strategic cybersecurity programs within ISRM, with Project Management as the core responsibility. This role oversees initiatives across Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Policy Governance. The Program Manager ensures delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and compliance with standards, while leveraging cybersecurity domain expertise to guide execution.

Requirements

PMP certification or equivalent experience
1-5 years of experience in project implementations, program/ project management
Proven experience in either A&D /IAM/ Scrum Master/OT/TPRM/GRC programs
Familiarity with Nozomi, Axonius, ServiceNow, Archer
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
Collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
Knowledge of Cybersecurity control frameworks (NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, HIPAA)
Technical writing and policy documentation
Leadership and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of A&D / IAM projects/Scrum Master programs.
Manage interdependencies, risks, and resources across cybersecurity projects.
Manages project budget and detailed financial planning, schedule in terms of effort-based project plans with the standards and tracking/monitoring of issues, risks, decisions, assumptions and dependencies and SDLC compliance across initiatives.
Produce technical documentation for policy governance.
Track program health, budget, and milestones.
Mentor junior PMs and facilitate Agile delivery.
Engage with stakeholders to align cybersecurity and project goals.
